Sue is an experienced Executive Coach, Motivational Speaker and Consultant working with clients across a wide range of industry sectors mainly at board or senior management level to help the achieve exceptional performance. She was trained by, and worked with Sir John Whitmore who pioneered the coaching methodology in the UK that has now become the benchmark for high performance business coaching.
Biography
Sue’s career has spanned over twenty years in people development. She held a senior management role in Corporate Training and Development within a UK Utility and introduced a major change management programme across the business. She also led a major improvement project within the United Nations in the Former Yugoslavia. Since working independently, Sue has helped executives and teams improve their performance in many different industry sectors mainly at senior management and board level. Sue is highly respected in the women’s enterprise sector having worked internationally on supporting women entrepreneurs. She is a Women’s Enterprise Ambassador and sits on the Regional Advisory Boards for Women’s Enterprise in the South East and South West of England. She is Chair of the London Chapter of Women Presidents Organisation, for companies with annual turnovers in excess of $1million.
Sue is also an international motivational speaker and author of Kickstart your Motivation and Secrets of Successful Women Entrepreneurs. Her advice on motivation regularly appears in the media. She has an MBA in Entrepreneurship and a MSc. in Quality Management. In 1996, Sue was the first British woman to walk to the Magnetic North Pole and recognised by HRH the Queen as a Pioneer of the Nation in 2003. Sue has also represented Scotland in athletics.
