Keep your mentors in sight

• We meet with you; This first full meeting is crucial as we need to understand you and your business (strengths, weaknesses, key issues) and check the chemistry.
• If there is mutual agreement we will give you a list of our requirements prior to conducting a 'Business Triage'. The team will come to your office and perform a mini-health check on your business. This takes between 3-5 hours. We'll assess whether we can help increase cash flow for you within our 7-day mandate. The same day we'll report back to you with our findings
• If we can deliver results, we all agree on a clear outline and objectives, issues to be addressed, desired outcomes, and fees.
• You sign the contract and work starts almost immediately.
• We submit the results in an interactive presentation.
• We leave you with an action plan for your business along with an agenda of how, when and what you and out team will be working on.
• We get paid and you return to enjoying building your business.
