How it Works
- We meet with you this first full meeting is crucial we need to understand you and your business (strengths, weaknesses, key issues) and check the chemistry.
- If there is mutual agreement we will conduct a 'Business Triage' the team will come to your office and perform a mini-health check on your business. This takes about three hours. We'll assess whether we can help increase cash flow for you within our 7-day mandate. The same day we'll report back to you with our findings
- If we can deliver results, we all agree on a clear outline and objectives, purpose of the relationship, issues to be addressed, desired outcomes, timing and fees.
- You sign the contract and work starts almost immediately.
- We leave with an action plan for your business along with an agenda of how, when and what you and out team will be working on.
We lean towards finding solutions to retain staff. A good team is hard to create and even harder to retain. So if you have a good group of people who are the lynchpins to your success and If there is a way to be found to keep staff we'll find it and source a plan to reduce overheads and keep the team motivated and producing.
